It depends. The DKU staff member who are eligible to apply for a job at DKU should meet the following two requirements simultaneously:
a. Work on your current position for no shorter than 1 year.
b. Get the approval from both your current supervisor and the head of your current working office/unit. A written approval from your supervisor and head of the office is needed. They can send their approval to the Office of Human Resources (dkurecruitment@dukekunshan.edu.cn).
Usually, the transition period will be 30 days. However, the current office and the future office could discuss to find the best timeline that works for both sides.

We do not have a universal DKU referral policy, but referrals are welcomed and appreciated. Job application must be submitted by the applicant himself/herself.
